My experience at this dealership was very bad. I stopped in to test drive a Ram 1500 Big Horn and was greeted by Carlos. He brought his sales manager over to the vehicle for a quick run down about some one in Florida who was interested in buying the truck and pricing. After test driving the vehicle we went inside to check my Information and to see how much it was going to be in total. I asked both Carlos and his Sales Manager 4 times if they were going to run a hard inquiry or soft inquiry, they both told me it was just to verify my identity and would not affect my credit. I previously informed them I was approved through my Credit Union and was not going to need financing. I have worked very hard to improve my credit over the last 6 months using secured loans, secured visa cards, self lender loans, and paying off an old collection as well. So when they asked me to check Car Gurus on my phone to see how much below market value the vehicle was and I saw the alert from credit karma about a new "Hard inquiry" dropping my credit score you can imagine how Instantly angry I was being lied to. So be careful dealing with these people, they obviously care little for your credit and more for the sale. Carlos was friendly and other than the 8 points dinged on my credit score did a good job. The Sales Manager kept replying he didn't send my Credit anywhere.......
