This is the ONLY place I have taken my car for servicing since I bought it in 2011! Larry is my manager specialist, but all the managers carry themselves professionally in all the years I've been bringing in my car. I have also appreciated the shuttle service to drive me home and pick me up. They have always been so friendly and they have driven safely to drop off all of the car owners including myself. Most importantly, I've never taken my car back for an error on the mechanics or managers part! That should count for something! I've read other customers comments on other sites and some are angry or express different experiences than myself. It might be because they don't explain their concern well or expect something different than they're asking! How could my visits be 5 stars everytime for all 5 years ?? You go into a situation expecting excellent service, and it works out in your favor! Best luck to all of you...
