I have had the most amazing experience here. I have been a homeowner for more than 20 years, so going into an apartment was a new experience for me. I absolutely love it here! Brian N. has been to my apartment to fix a couple of minor issues, he is prompt, courteous and very much a gentleman. Connie L. did my initial lease and has been so sweet and helpful with all of my questions. I couldn't be happier!

I love living at Avalon in Glendora!! It’s such a nice place to call my home! Everyone is super friendly here! Plus coming home at night walking by the pool and lounge area seeing all the beautiful scenery it’s just relaxing!! Totally recommend living here!!

Wonderful place to live. I have lived here for over a year now. The staff is very nice especially Mario the maintenance guy. He always greets you with a smile and is so friendly every time you see him and extremely helpful and keeps the grounds looking very nice.
